Beginners Pilates Classes

Learn the fundamentals of pilates in this beginner level class. The class runs at a slower pace to allow time for you to undertand the exercises and master each move with the correct breathing, body control and good technique ensuring you use the correct muscles for each movement.

£30 for 4 classes, £37.50 for 5 classes, booked per month only

Mixed Level Pilates

Open to all. A flowing class for all levels and abilities in pilates. The teacher will tailor the class to suit. Modifications for beginners will be given in this class.

Classical Pilates Intermediate/Advanced

An advacned level class for those with a minimum of 2+ years experience in pilates. This is a stong class with exercises flowing from one to another with Classical and Contemporary style exercises.

£30 for 4 classes, £37.50 for 5 classes. Booked per month only

Antenatal Pilates Classes

A small group class specifically designed with pregnancy in mind. The class focuses on good posture for pregnancy, pilates on the ball, stretching, relaxation and breathing techniques. Please ask for permission to exercise from your GP/Midwife. Suitable for 14 weeks +

£10 per class, booked per month

Postnatal Pilates and Baby Class

A class for new mums and their babies to exercise post birth. Suitable from 8 weeks plus the class concentrates on regaining core strength, stretching and toning the whole body. This venue has a baby change and kitchen facilites available

£30 for 4 classes, £37.50 for 5 classes. Booked per month only.

Stability Ball Class - 45min

A fun and dynamic fitness based pilates class using the large stability ball to add that extra challenge and resistance to your workout. Not suitable for back issues due to the fast nature of this class.

£30 for 4 classes, £37.50 for 5 classes. Booked per month only.

Studio Apparatus Class. Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Arc Barrells.

Suitable for all levels. The pilates studio equipment will add resitance,challenge and stability to your pilates exercises. Beneficial for rehab, sports injuries, dancers and all abilites these workouts target your whole body.
