Pilates Fundamentals - Inital 1:1
Reccomended for all new clients. Learn the fundamentals and key elements of Pilates with beginner level exercises. Please note following your initial 1:1 it may be recommended or advisable to continue with private sessions and to follow a home programme at your own level.
Pilates 1:1 Including apparatus - 1 Hour
Very benefical for posture work and injury rehabilitation, and to refine your Pilates Technique. Suitable for Back Care, Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced Levels, and includes exercises with the Pilates Foam Roller, Stability Ball, Toning Circle, Exercise Band, The Arc Barrel, Reformer, Cadilac and stability chair.

Group Studio Pilates Session, Maximum 3-4
Maximum of 4 clients per class. Classes are booked monthly in advance. All mats and equipment are provided for the classes. Classes run consecutivley. Missed classes cannot be carried over but you can book additional make up classes by checking the live booking app.
