"Pilates is a very rewarding career and I enjoy teaching a wide variety classes from beginners to advanced, ante and postnatal pilates, studio classes and stability ball classes. Most of all I enjoy seeing my clients benefit from Pilates, whether it’s to be able to master a particular move, recover from an injury or just simply be able to move better and pain free again. Pilates is about moving well and the style of my classes are very much focused on giving you a better understanding of how your body moves and how to use your core efficiently. My classes are a blend of the contemporary and classical pilates approach and classes focus on combining breath & fluidity with precision and control enabling your body to develop strength and mobility"
